Agile Conference 2008

Gary was once again asked to showcase his unique facilitation approach at this years Agile Conference held over the 23rd. & 24th. September at the Excel Centre in London.  Much interest was shown in his highly people centred and participative approach to IT development. 

There was some "off the wall" stuff too Most interesting to me was Gary Purser of facilitate4change because he talked about the people implications of managing Agile change in terms of Systems Theory, something I think may be key to understanding the dynamics of Agile organisations undergoing change.
